Career Progression
A student needs to convert their student visas into a Tier 2 Work Permit. This is possible only if the student is able to get a confirmed job with an employer in the UK. Moreover, the Employer would have to apply for the students work permit. Usually the work permits are issued for duration of 60 months.
Once you have legally stayed in the UK on a work permit for duration of 60 months or more, you would be able to convert your visa into indefinite leave or a permanent residency visa.
